Stadium Information

Please note that stadium policies may change before the BTS concerts. All information is directly from the offical website.

Bag Policy

M&T Bank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag Policy.
 

Allowed Bags

Guests may bring ONE of the following:

  • One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag no larger than 12" × 6" × 12"
    OR

  • One one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar)
     

In addition, guests may bring:

  • One small clutch or belt bag no larger than 4.5" × 6.5"

Small clutch bags may be carried separately or placed inside your approved clear bag.
 

Medical Exceptions

Exceptions are made for medically necessary items after inspection at designated medical screening lines located at Gates A, B, C, and D.

Examples include:

  • Medical devices

  • Oxygen tanks

  • Colostomy bags

  • Other medically necessary equipment

✅ Permitted Items

The following items are permitted (subject to security screening):

  • Blankets

  • Coats and jackets

  • Binoculars

  • iPads and tablets

  • Food inside a clear plastic bag

  • Inflatable seat cushions

  • Seat cushions without backs, pockets, or zippers

  • Battery-heated clothing (battery removed and visible for inspection)

🚫 Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted inside M&T Bank Stadium:

  • Backpacks (including clear backpacks)

  • Large purses or tote bags

  • Fanny packs

  • Luggage

  • Coolers or thermoses

  • Umbrellas

  • Selfie sticks

  • Video cameras

  • Tripods or monopods

  • Bottles (any kinds), cans, or outside beverages

  • Air horns, cowbells, whistles, or other noise makers

  • Laser pointers

  • Hoverboards

  • Weapons or dangerous objects

  • Electronic cigarettes

  • Flag or banner poles

  • Camera or binocular cases

  • Plastic grocery bags

  • Oversized Ziploc-style bags

  • Seat cushions with backs, pockets, or zippers

 

Once inside the stadium, all personal belongings must remain inside your approved clear bag.

Cashless Stadium

M&T Bank Stadium is a cashless venue.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa (preferred)

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

 

Guests carrying cash may convert it to a prepaid card using Reverse ATMs located throughout the stadium.

Accessibility Services

M&T Bank Stadium offers a variety of services to help ensure all guests have an enjoyable experience. Guests requiring accessible seats for stadium events, including concerts, college football games, and other events with assigned seating, should contact the ticket office at 410-261-RAVE (7283) to ensure proper accommodations.

 

Accessible Entry

Accessible entrances are available at:

  • Gates A, B, C, D, F, A1

Medical assistance lines are available at all main gates (A–D).

 

Mobility Devices

The following mobility devices are welcome inside the stadium:

  • Wheelchairs

  • Motorized wheelchairs

  • Scooters

  • Walkers

Guests may check mobility devices during the event if they are no longer needed. A limited number of courtesy wheelchairs are also available for transportation within the stadium. Segways are not permitted.

 

Elevators & Accessible Restrooms

There are four (4) banks of elevators in M&T Bank Stadium for guests with ADA needs:

  • two on the North side and two on the South side. North side elevators are located near Sections 102 and 146,

  • south side elevators are located near Sections 119 and 129.

  • Any guest with disabilities that has a suite level ticket can use any of the four main suite lobby elevators (102, 124, 129, 151).

  • Please note that there are stairs to enter the suite elevator lobby at section 124. The suite lobby elevators at sections 102 and 129 have no stairs and are accessible for any guest with a disability plus (1) companion.

The ADA elevators located at sections 119 (South) and 146 (North) are open to any guest and companions who require the use of an elevator to reach their seat location.

Only guests with suite level tickets may enter the elevator lobbies from the exterior of the stadium. Guests with accessible non-suite level tickets MUST access the elevators from the interior concourse.

 

Service Animals

Only trained service animals are permitted inside M&T Bank Stadium.

Emotional support animals are not permitted.

 

Hearing Accessibility

Guests who are deaf or hard of hearing can take advantage of:

  • Assisted Listening Devices

  • Closed Captioning on ribbon boards

  • Captioning through the Ravens mobile app

  • Courtesy captioning handsets available at Guest Services Centers (Sections 100, 118, 525, or 553)

Accessible Parking & Drop-Off

Guests with valid disability parking credentials may find accessible parking in Lots B and C, with limited spaces available in Lot R. Accessible parking is first come first served and cannot be reserved in advanced!

A drop-off area for guests with disabilities is located along the Northbound Russell Street Service Drive on the West side of M&T Bank Stadium between Gates A & D

  • Guests can be dropped off at this location, prior to parking the vehicle, and picked up after.

  • Upon entering the Service Drive, inform the SP+ parking attendant that you would like to utilize the disabled drop-off area.
